Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing!!

Estimados señores de Real Inn / Expedia, Por este medio deseo expresar mi inconformidad respecto a mi reciente estancia en su hotel, debido a una serie de incidentes que afectaron gravemente mi experiencia. En primer lugar, se me asignó nuevamente la habitación 5101, la cual ya había reportado en ocasiones anteriores por fallas en el aire acondicionado, toallero roto y otros desperfectos. A pesar de notificarlo al personal de recepción, insistieron en asignármela, dada mi insistencia enviaron a un empleado a corroborar los problemas. Posteriormente, me cambiaron a la habitación 6103, que presentaba un fuerte olor a drenaje, por lo que finalmente me trasladaron a la 6117. Lo más grave ocurrió a las 2:00 a.m., cuando personas ingresaron a mi habitación, situación que generó un gran susto. Al intentar comunicarme con recepción descubrí que el teléfono no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que tuve que bajar personalmente. Para mi sorpresa, el personal no tenía registro de mi hospedaje en dicha habitación y solicitaron nuevamente mis datos. Elegí su hotel por necesidades de hospedaje, confiando en la calidad del servicio, sin embargo, he notado un deterioro preocupante en la atención y en el control interno. Solicito atentamente que estos incidentes sean documentados y que se implementen las medidas necesarias para evitar que situaciones tan graves vuelvan a ocurrir. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta y de una solución satisfactoria.
