The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. "Nice hotel for a good price. We book a junior suite in description was minibar, but there were non in that junior suite. Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit."

"Very clean hotel in good shape. Very friendly staff, especially Lukasz who worked at the Spa was very serviceminded . The pool was very clean. There is even a jacuzzi and sauna. Good possibillity to park for 20 zloty/ day. Very good breakfast. This hotel does not charge extra for children and is very child friendly, the kids can even play Xbox near the reception/ lounge."
