There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. "Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."
