We came earlier and the staff provide me with the early check in without any charge. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I ever experience. I only stayed for one night and had the opportunity to stay in a Marriott hotel for another 2 nights and the beds weren’t as comfortable as in Kasa, I really regret not stayed longer and avoid the Marriott but was already paid.

A fantastic studio , conveniently located for quick access to Univ. of Tampa, the airport, the Bay. I enjoy both the balcony of my studio and the outdoor pool area - it was quiet and relaxing. I felt very safe entering the building and while in the studio itself. The studio was clean and equipped with everything I needed (including light cooking). I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa!

Great place to stay, well priced with its own kitchenette, so you can eat in or out. It also has it's own laundry facilities in the room (though I didn't use those). Very close to the downtown area and less expensive than many of the local hotels. I'd stay there again.

I was suprised to find a full size washer and dryer, along with a full size refridgerator (with water and ice in the door!) and stove. They were able to squeeze more ammenties into a small space than I thought possible.
