The floors were so dirty that walking with bare feet left my feet black on the bottom. Getting fresh towels was a task in itself and the television had to be replaced after two days without a working remote.

Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront
Love this property. Situated on a beautiful lake, with a lighthouse, and the rooms were phenomenal. Staff was very friendly, and I love that there was a Starbucks downstairs. This has become my new favorite place to stay!!!

I did digital check-in so my interaction with a physical person was very limited. However the Front Desk staff was friendly every time I passed by the Front Desk. The staff was responsive when I did a chat to clean my room after 12:30 pm.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas/Fairpark
Demolition happening inside the rooms at 8am. Hammering, power saws, drilling. Crew walking around with boomboxes blasting music just to top it off. I can't believe they would book a room to guests knowing that would be taking place.
