"The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. "Bon rapport qualité prix. Problème : l'annexe de l'hôtel, située au 2eme étage est fermée de minuit à 8h du matin. La clé de la chambre ne permet pas d'ouvrir la porte pour entrer et pire : pour sortir. Il faut appeler l'accueil au 7eme étage pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir. En cas d'urgence ( incendie, séisme .. ) les clients sont bloqués . Notre sécurité n'est pas assurée. "
