The place was nice, cool pool and lounging area, nice restaurant and breakfast was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The standard room I had was fairly basic and needed some updating, but okay. Location was fine, only 10 minutes walk to the beach, although you have to cross the main road to get to the main street that goes down to the beach, which has lots of bars massage places and shops on.

Gute und günstige Unterkunft

Zuerst eins vorweg: Der erste Eindruck war nicht so positiv als wir dort ankamen. Aber anschließend und abschließend müssen wir sagen, dass es eine tolle Unterkunft ist für einen vernünftigen Preis. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, es gab neben den Betten auch eine Chill-Area im Zimmer. Gut, der Duschbereich könnte etwas größer sein, aber es für uns keinen "Engpass". Der Zimmerservice war auch top, täglich alles sauber gemacht und für uns aufgeräumt. Unsere Belange wurden auch bearbeitet als Zimmernachbarn unbedingt die Nacht zum Tag machen wollten. In der näheren Umgebung gab es tolle Restaurants ohne in die Touristen-Strasse zum Strand zu müssen, welche überteuert sind und nicht so gut sind. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft die beim nächsten Besuch wieder gebucht wird. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, dem tollen Service und den freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

値段相当のホテルでした。 部屋は広く、施設は新しくは無いけど清掃はされていて使い易かった。シャワーのお湯があまり熱くならないとかは、この地域のこの価格のホテルだとしょうがないかと思います。 ドライヤーがない、アメニティが無いと言うのも、値段相当かと思います。 繁華街から近いのは、良いと思いました。

清潔感…

低層階はプールから見えてしまうという口コミがあったため、事前に高層階を希望したところ部屋は3階を用意してくれました。 フロントの方が女性だっこともあり、荷物を運ぶことを手伝ってくれることはありませんでした。 ホテルは全体的にお洒落な雰囲気ですが、部屋に入って目に付いたのは大量のホコリとアリ。 アリはタイでは普通かなと思っていましたが、シャワーの付け根から大量のアリが発生しているのを発見。 ポット中にもアリがいました…。 そこからアリ退治に時間を費やしました…。 滞在中に洗濯をしたい方はベランダが広いため干すのは楽ですが、日当たりが良くないため乾きは悪いです。 セブンイレブンが大通りを挟んで向かいにあるので便利です。 部屋は広くゆったり過ごせますが、清潔感を重視する方にはおススメしません。

Prisvärt centralt boende i Bang Niang

Jag och min 11-åriga dotter bodde tre nätter på Motive Cottage Resort. Vi fick checka in tidigare vilket uppskattades efter en lång flygresa. Rummet var fint med utgång till poolen till dotterns förtjusning. En aning hård säng som sig bör i Thailand. ACn fungerade toppen. Lite myror och mögel i badrummet. I övrigt ok! Frukosten ok! Hotellet låg vid en trafikerad väg som behövde korsas om man skulle till restauranger och strand. Gångavstånd till strand, restauranger, affärer, marknad, minigolf, tsunamimuseum. För den lilla summa vi betalade för vistelsen skulle jag absolut rekommendera hotellet om man inte söker efter ett lyxhotell. Vi var nöjda och kan absolut tänka oss att boka detta hotell igen.

コンビニ、レストラン、マッサージとどれも近いロケーション

安い割に部屋も広く、ベッドも大きめ。ダイビング目的の利用なので夜しっかり休めればＯＫでした。寝具や、タオルは清潔でバスタオルがぶ厚く大きかった。角部屋だったので小さいバルコニーがついていて、水着などを干せてよかった。メインの通りに面しているのに、とても静かで鳥などの声しか聞こえませんでした。自分ではシャワーの水量、しっかりあったかいお湯がでるかが安いホテルでは心配でしたが、十分でした。朝食はごく普通で外で食べてもいいかも。東南アジアの休めのホテルには必ずいる床の小さいアリ？虫が気になる人はやめましょう。最後の日だけ満室だったのか、タオルのはしっこがボロボロになってる薄目のタオルになり、それでふいた後、腕や足がかゆくなった。

ダイビング目的で４泊しました。 ひとり旅です。 ダイビングショップ（ビッグブルー）、コンビニ、マッサージ、レストランなど必要なものはほぼ徒歩5分圏にあり、とても便利です。 部屋は必要最小限というところですが、朝部屋を出て夕方に戻ってくる旅行では全く問題ありません。 ただ、水周り（特にシャワー）は貧弱です（でもお湯はきちんと出ます）。 湯沸しポットは備え付け、ドライヤーはフロントで貸してもらえました。 無料Wifiがあります。 壁、天井が薄いので隣の声、上の階の足音がまる聞こえです。 気になる方にはお勧めいたしません。 ただ、周辺は繁華街ではないこと、滞在者が昼間のアクティビティで疲れていることから、深夜までうるさいということはあまりないとは思います。 プールもありますが、あまり水がきれいではありませんので、見て少しだけリゾート気分を感じられればというところです。 朝食はパン、フルーツ、タイフード（焼きそば、チャーハン、おかゆ）、卵料理などがあり、豪華とはいえませんが、このレベルのホテルとしては充分です。 「カップル、家族で楽しいリゾート」では決してありませんが、ダイビングなどで泊まるには必要十分です。

Nice hotel for the price

This is a nice hotel, since we had a car, we could stay at this hotel, which is not near the beach. Instead we drove to different beaches and waterfalls for variety. White Sand beach was the best for us.

Det bästa var Wi-fi

De bästa med hotellet var deras wi-fi. Rummet var slitet och sängarna var stenhårda. De fanns ingen tvål till att tvätta händerna utan fick använda de medföljande schampot. De var glipor i väggen och i ytterdörren så vi fick lägga handduken för att skydda mot insekter. Om vi råkade ha något ätbart framme var myrorna där direkt.

Great Location & Breakfast Buffet

Stayed here 9 nights in early February for a scuba diving vacation. Great location on the highway, where there are many good restaurants, bars, laundry, pharmacy, food mart, 7-11, massage, etc... there is a currency conversion booth next door that gives a great rate of USD to THB of 98.7%. Also very close to the main road that runs to the beach, where most dive shops are located, plus most great restaurants, bars, massage and souvenir shops are located. Compared to Patang / Karon / Kata this area is far more rural and quiet... a very laid back atmosphere that I enjoyed much more than last year down south. Motive: clean comfortable bed and pillows, extra towels provided upon request, prompt maid service. But what I liked best was the breakfast buffet, awesome. Each morning a different combination of rice and noodle dishes. Never had the same dish twice. Kudos to the cook. Eggs made to order by the chef, served with bacon. Fresh watermelon and pineapple. Toast machine. Milk & cereal. Great coffee. Orange juice. Outside dining in a nice covered patio area. Will definitely book here again when I come back.

Nous avons passé sept nuits dans cet hôtel,propre agréable . Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel , qui correspond bien au descriptif ,bon rapport qualité prix lorsque l on ´ne cherche pas un hôtel club,placé il est vrai sur la grande route mais notre chambre était sur jardin donc nous n avons pas trop entendu les bruits du traffic. Hôtel bien placé à 10mn à pied des plages .on y trouve pleins de restaurations ,des boutiques Le marché (lundi,mercredi,samedi)ou l on peut dejeuner et dîner, acheter des fruits ,souvenirs,vêtements. Visite des îles similanes,magnifiques. Treck,baignade avec les éléphants. Khaolak est une belle destination ou il fait bon vivre,les plages sont belles,nous l'avons préféré à Phuket.

Detta var tyvärr det värsta vi varit med om i hotellväg. Väldigt lortigt, både på rum och kring poolen. Vi fick börja med att be dem städa våra rum en gång men tyvärr hjälpte det inte. Vi hade spindlar och kackerlackor på vårt rum men framför allt hade vi kryp i sängen (jag ska inte svära på att det var vägglöss men mycket tyder på det). Runt poolen ligger en massa skräp, fimpar m.m. och hela poolen är full med lort. Personalen i receptionen skrattade mest över våra klagomål men vi fick mycket bra hjälp från Hotels.com (så hatten av för dem). Hotellet ligger ganska bra, nära restauranger och marknaden samt ca en kilometer till stranden, men jag kan verkligen inte rekommendera någon att åka dit.
