"Staff helpful with directions, ordering a taxi. Rooftop lounge/bar closed due to weather so did not get a chance to use. Breakfast adequate - fruit frozen and coffee had burnt taste on first day."

"What an amazing experience staying at this hotel! From the atmosphere to the service, from the food to the natural hot spring bath, the hotel staff do an incredible job welcoming the guests. It’s an immersive experience of Japanese culture when you are walking with no shoes and are wearing simple Japanese clothing provided. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel was also excellent. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"

"The hotel was great for the value. Super close to the train station. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was very comfortable and convenient. They give you slippers and pijamas and there's free coffee and drinks available throughout. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, room was super clean. Spotless. Shower pressure was excelent. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. It is not super close to Dontobori and other Osaka attractions, but if you don't mind taking the subway, it is a very convenient commute. I would stay again and recommend."

"This was a nice hotel in a good location of Osaka - walking distance to the train station at the Semba Centre building. We had booked a corner room with a balcony, but it was a strange layout and there was nowhere to put our luggage so it probably would have been better to have a regular room. We ended up having to use the small couch to put our luggage on - and stack it on top of each other, so not ideal! The beds were very comfortable but due to the size and layout of the room, it was difficult to watch the TV from our beds. There is a nice Chinese restaurant on the ground floor where we had a meal the night we arrived. There is a good selection of shops and stores around the hotel if you are needing supplies."
