Everything is great! Small hotel but clean and stylish. The location is great, no problems with eating or shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, snacks, drinking water, and even the laundry room was free. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location is good because near MRT station. There is also many restaurants nearby and very good for a walk to visit. The room in this hotel is comfortable with a good Wi-Fi and the bathroom is clean. The breakfast is delicious.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. For a small hotel, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We had two rooms: One on the fire break (while it was a nice room, it had very little natural light) and one on the street (with lots of natural light). There's a nice park nearby. Recommend this place!

Most of staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Check in time is 3pm no exceptions. check out time is at 12pm but if you want to have little more time to pack your luggage you can ask for late checkout and the price is NT 600 per hour. The WiFi service is strong, that’s very helpful big ! I was able to have meetings and watch drama on my laptop with the WiFi service. Sound proofs is not that good, I can hear everything in next room if they are doing something little loud. If you don’t mind having smaller bed, I would recommend to book not the king size bed, because the room is very small. Location is wonderful! Many restaurants and convenient store walking distance. If you like to shop this location is fabulous! Overall this is a decent hotel and choice, I would definitely comeback again if I have chance. Highly recommended.

The rooms are in need of a paint job but they were clean and decently appointed. We thought that the hotel would be quite noisy but that didn’t prove to be the case. I never did get the HVAC working properly, every fan speed and temperature set seemed to produce the same result. Not much English is spoken by the staff but they bend over backwards to help you, very impressed by a young crew.

A beyond 6 star hotel experience

I have a total 8-night stay and I was not disappointed even though my last stay is nearly 10 years ago (always sold out). Not to repeat what's well known, I particularly want to point out a few very rare personalities. First of all, the staff communicates with their guests before, during, and after the visit. They email you potential on-site activities during your stay, send instructions for check-in, check on staff during the stay, and send warm goodbye when you check out. The staff both front desk and service members are very well trained -- no less than those in a 6-star hotel. I particularly want to thank Kim(berly) who shows great energy and enthusiasm to her job and guests. Her greeting and smile every morning brighten our day and make the stay very much like coming home. Thanks to all the staff whom I met in this trip!
