"Although the staff were polite, they were not very helpful. We arrived late in the evening and had to stand around for a significant period of time before anyone came to help. They had many free toiletries available which we only found out on day two were available to all visitors. Given it was our first trip to Japan, it would have been nice to be better supported."

"KPH is well located in Shinjuku with excellent amenities. The room we had was in the South Tower which gave us easy access to the Seven Eleven and the underground tunnel to Shinjuku Station. Our room faced the Government Building with the evening show and on clear days had views of Mt Fuji in the distance. Also on the Limousine Bus route so no messing about with suitcases on the train! Only one relatively minor concern - the room whilst being well equipped, comfortable and clean was in need of renovation."
