This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. "This is a very special hotel. The staff went above and beyond, the restaurant was fabulous, our room was beautiful and the grounds are spectacular, surrounded by vineyards. There is a pond with ducks and two beautiful swans who walk around the property. We arranged in advance for a picnic and had a lovely lunch on a blanket with an incredible view of the hotel, the vineyards, and of course, the swans. The pool, sauna and steam were also terrific. "This hotel is in an ideal situation in the centre of Bordeaux, a minute walk to local tram and 5 minute walk to Hotel de Ville tram stop from the airport. The reception is 24 hours. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and happy. My single room was ideal. Very clean modern, with shower unit and always hot water. Room was cleaned every day. All the shopping areas, bars, restaurants are on the doorstep. Very safe and quiet area."
