There are few amenities. No hair dryer. No in room coffee maker. Basic dishes and cutlery for 2. No pots, pans, or cooking utensils. The website was not accurate in depicting a room with "all the amenities needed."

We interacted with 2 staff members. A woman ( with a cute dog) and a gentleman whose name was Javon, I believe. Both incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, as was checking out. Randolph Hotel Liverpool/Syracuse/Airport West, Trademark
First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle.
