"An excellent stay, with most aspects of the stay very positive. Regulating the temperature of hot water in the shower was a challenge, & all staff were very attentive & helpful with the exception of the breakfast staff who were ambivalent at best."

"I feel the hotel is overpriced for the level of service you receive. We stayed in a room that had club access. In the night there were young children running around I feel young toddler children shouldn’t be allowed in the club room. We also went to the club room for breakfast and all tables that weren’t already taken had dirty plates on them. I had to go ask a staff member if they’re able to clean the table so we could sit down. I feel they were very short staffed. The rooms were very clean and lovely though. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. Or recommend for over $400 per night! I expected better service."
