"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast on the enclosed terrace with a lake view was excellent. The front staff were ever so helpful in booking me an e-bike. "The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. "

"We stayed for 4 nights with our 7 and 4 year olds and had a great time. We particularly loved the outside area with the pond and waterslide, with plenty of nice places to relax for adults nearby. We went horse riding and walking near to the hotel. We will definitely be back! "
