Schöne Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sind schön, Betten bequem. Man kann auf die Reinigung des Zimmers verzichten, der Umwelt zu liebe (gegen Getränkegutschein).

Algemene atmosfeer heel prettig. Diner donderdagavond niet zo goed. Ongemakkelijk dat het personeel de lichten begint uit te doen terwijl er nog gasten aan tafel zitten.

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Duschkopf ließ sich in meinem Zimmer nicht arretieren. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde der Mangel bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Das ist schlecht. Dies wurde mehrfach an der Rezeption reklamiert, wurde aber anscheinend nicht mit der nötigen Ernsthaftigkeit bearbeitet. Die Wartezeiten im Restaurant (Gäste wurden an den Tisch gebracht, Corona bedingt) waren teilweise beim Frühstück sehr lange. Das hätte man anders organisieren können. Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant waren teilweise ziemlich überfordert und haben vor dem Kunden über Rückenschmerzen sichtbar geklagt. Die Mitarbeiter haben mir da schon Leid getan.

Bra val, prisvärt!

Bra hotell med bra standard, trevlig restaurang med god mat och bra utbud, rent, snyggt härlig utsikt från rummet. Vi var på genomresa så kriterierna för vår del: Frukost, parkering, läge samt restaurang passade oss perfekt. Därtill var personalen servicevilliga och omgivningarna vackra!

Laut und unfreundlich

Das Zimmer war groß aber laut. Mitten in der Nacht begannen immer wieder laute Geräusche. Vielleicht eine Dusche oder ein Generator? Ein guter Schlaf war so nicht möglich. Das Zimmer einer Kollegin schien ungereinigt und der Mülleimer enthielt benutzte Kondome und ähnliches als wir anreisten. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von ca. 30 Personen im Hotel für 3 Nächte. Ansonsten war nicht viel los. Mit unseren Nächten, essen, Bar machte das Hotel ein gutes Business. Dennoch zeigten sie null Kulanz als uns ein Fehler unterlief und wir ein Zimmer doppelt buchten. Sie bestanden darauf dass wir 90% Storno Gebühren zahlten. Wir eskalierten zur Managerin die uns lange warten lies. Erst dann erließ sie uns einen Teil der Storno Gebühren. Angesichts unserer Rechnung und dass wir gerne wieder gekommen wären, hätte ich eine andere Behandlung erwartet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Eine Nacht nach einer langen Wanderung. Die Badewanne auf dem Zimmer hat uns gerettet. Insgesamt sehr sauber. Aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
