"The first room I got is in the smoking floor. It sad to think that I need to ask for non smoking areas when booking the room instead of making it a standard. The room lighting is dimmer than expected.
The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room.
The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of the room.
The last 2 days they moved me to different level as the level I stay has carpet renovations, a bit inconvenient but it’s ok.
However the shower in this room a bit not up to standard, so I requested for it to get fixed which they fixed it immediately.
I think the management need to check and ensure that everything inside the room is up to standard before giving the room to the next guest.
Overall stay is pleasant and enjoyable, the staffs very accomodating,
It takes 7 minutes to go to TP and Hoky. A lot of food vendors around, indo mart and Alfamart also nearby.
The parking lots, dropping and picking up areas need to get more attentions, as the areas very small, the staffs need to be more attentive with the incoming cars, especially in busy times."
