Stayed in Santika for the last 4 years, was good before, but not this year. AC in my room did not work well, worse, started to leak heavily. Ther breakfast was not as good as before. Had dinner in restourant, ordered "kikil soup", given soup full of bone. I cancelled my booking in this hotel for next year.

It was a good short stay for a family visit in Surabaya. There are several good local restaurants nearby with easy access to the airport. Parking spot available is very limited, however the hotel staffs are very helpful in helping guests to park with their free valet service.

pleasant stay for business trips

i stayed in Santika Jemursari Surabaya for 4 nights. Overall it was a nice experience, I like the various food for breakfast and the taste was delicious. The room was spacious for a business travellers, the wifi quite qood, the room equipment itself also quite complete. The only dissatisfaction was it smell bad around the bed corner, eventhough the housekeeping staff already helped with spray some air freshener, the smell still there. Hope they will give a little extra attention for cleanliness and bad smell.
