"Canoe & Suites is in a great location. Front desk staff was amazing!! Coffee amenities were great. And THANK YOU for the complimentary bus passes! Wish I could have received a water bottle or two during the stay. I'm from California & just used to that being a standard amenity. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are the only downfall... either rock hard or barely there. I really enjoyed the coffee shop & bar area. "

"Clean room, great customer service. Everything is good except the this prperty doesnt have their own parking facility. You have to park to the adjacent pay parking building which is quite expensive. But overall, its a wonderful place to stay in Banff. Its close to everything."
