Only negative was the bedding seemed to have a musty smokey smell. I always take my own; otherwise very clean.

We absolutely love it here. This was our 2nd time staying here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. It’s quiet, minus the trains rolling through. It didn’t bother us though. We will definitely be back.

The motel was clean and comfortable but a bit dated. It has a nice green space for your pet if you bring one. It is a bit noisy with the trains across the highway. We will stay there in the future.

Perfect Stay
I really enjoyed our stay. It was a very cute quaint hotel. Very clean and the front desk was wonderful and very accomidating for my mother who uses a walker. I woukd stay here again.

Standard motel but impressed by how fast check in and check outs were, staff cleaned the rooms well and went out of their way to get us a jacket we forgot in the room when we left. Free coffee is an added bonus, decent wifi, only issue was our lights didn't always turn on.

Nice place to nest a few nights. Found it pretty quiet in spite of the adjacent highway. Some walilng noise overhead, but not too bad.

It was not what we were expecting a pleasant surprise we will stay there again nice and quiet. My husband however heard a train. Lady at the desk was pleasant and very friendly. The only thing we didn’t really like was the tv was too small.

It’s a nice quirky dog friendly motel. Located 5 minutes from where disc dog competitions are frequently held. There’s a nice green unfenced lawn for taking your dogs out. The neighborhood is walkable, and there’s many restaurants to choose from.

We weren’t sure when booked, but was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was clean and fresh….better than some of the chain motels we’ve encountered. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, the property was clean and maintained. Some fixtures were dated and the carpet could use replacement. The TV is also really small, but we weren't really there to watch TV. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was an A/C for warmer weather. There was a bit more road noise than expected, people speeding by in the middle of the night despite the speed limit, but you can't really blame the motel for that. I have definity stayed in nicer, but reasonable for the price.

Clean pleasant stay at an affordable price. Carpet a little worn, but basically everything was lovely, bed very comfy, nice linens, quiet room, convenient location for travelers. We would stay there again.

Older motel with many nice touches and very nice manager. Negatives however were significant such as bright all night outdoor lighting and lack of blackout curtains led to poor sleeping conditions and exhaustion the next day. Also lack of breakfast...even a sweet roll...added to am stress.

We usually stay here for the Monroe swap meet. I asked for a room on the first floor and she said they were full. Between the train that ran every couple hours and the sirens we didn't get much sleep.

I go to Sultan several times a year for disc dog events, the rooms are clean, they have a great grass area for my dogs. They neighborhood around them is walkable. There’s several dining options and it’s a less than 5 minute drive to my event.

Overall it was good as in my past experience. The only exception was the light in bathroom was not working properly and took several days to get repaired. I always enjoy my stay at the Dutch Cup!

Simple but great
We had a great stay here before hitting Steven's Pass the next morning. The place is simple but great. Clean and the lady was nice. We will be back next time if we can.
