Our room was Olivier. It was a suit with a lovely sitting area with dining table, chairs, coffee table and much more. We enjoyed the coffee machine! The whole suit was very clean, bed comfortable and room quiet. The reception staff were very good and very helpful. The evening meals in the restaurant were tasty and well presented. We booked the Viola suite which was beautiful, stunning bathroom (the only negative was that the TV in the bathroom didn't work). Helpful staff. Fantastic location, couldn't fault it. It's just a shame they charge guests £10 to park!

Lovely hotel with bistro and pub attached. Comfy bed, large room , walk in shower with all shampoos, conditioners, hand washes and lotions. Could hear neighbours coughing so they could obviously hear mine. Would definately recommend and return.

I had the most wonderful room in the old part of the building. Warm and spacious, comfy bed, lovely seating and dressing area, clean bathroom with a lovely shower! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Quick and easy walk over the lovely river to the RSC and Stratford. Parking on site is easy but limited, but there is plenty of parking nearby. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff that we spoke to. From welcome to departure all the staff couldn't do enough to help! Wonderful place!
