Very well located and family friendly hostel. My daughter found the room spacious and fun so we enjoyed our private room a lot. However, the breakfast was horrible so would recommend wondering out into town.
Location was good, as long as you dont need anything from the staff, as they were not helpful and rude. Stayed 2 nights and no towels. No AC, be prepared..
The hostel is very clean and located very close to the Cathedral(10 min)
And the room has a enough space.
But the shower is not hot enough and uncomfortable…
It would be good in summer but it’s bit difficult for winter

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Room comfort
Location was great with easy access to public parking garage.
Beds were very hard.
Breakfast very minimal.
Noise from rom above us was noticeable.
Restaurant was ok
Loved my female 4-bed room. There were convenient lockers in room, a great shower. Windows that opened for fresh air, and the beds did not squeak! Room was thoroughly cleaned each day, and a nice little breakfast was included. The staff were lovely and helpful. I stayed 3 nites, and would stay again. A good spot for solo female travellers.
it was definitely a nice affordable centrally located place for a short stay walking distance to the Cathedral and all things in the center. Typical hostel experience with great vibe and cleanliness. Younger crowd with a nice bar in the lobby with shows/events on occasion. Definitely will return here for the price and location and festive atmosphere. loved it. thank you for your great customer service.
Nice staff that also talks in English, what is not standard in France. Clean bed. Not comfortable but okay for that price. Only the bathroom wasn't at the same floor. But that was because of construction. The food they serve looks tasty. I didn't try but I'm sure it is good. Coffee and beer was excellent.
I really liked the place and I surely will come back to eat french croissants, tarte flambée and enjoy french people, their language and culture. Merci the People Strasbourg pour tous.

Hostel was in a good location, walkable to all the sights in Strasbourg. Staff at reception could have been more welcoming and when we check in, only one person was working and seemed overwhelmed which impacted our first impressions. I was doubting my booking as the first evening they had a DJ blasting music in the restaurant and realised it probably wasn't suitable for a family stay with two young children. Room was large with no kettle or hairdryer. The stay included towels but no daily service which left bins and beds un made. The top bunk bed didn't have lights workings and the TV is only chrome cast. There was a sewage smell from the bathroom which we had to keep flushing the toilet to get rid of the smell. The breakfast was croissants, pain a chocolate, orange juice, filtered coffee, teas, cheese ..a small selection which wasn't refilled fast enough when times got busy. Would I stay here again .. only if I was on a budget.
Location is good , the room is basic, but you have to request to clean it otherwise they don’t
Towels to be changed from the lobby every day!!
Good for 1-2 days trip
