"Was a quick one night stay but the hotel was cleaning. Had nice aesthetic and hotel staff was nice and helpful"

"Ggg"

"everything was amazing"

"The staff have been wonderful at every Doubletree I've stayed at and I will always recommend them. The only thing I will say is that I wish the showers were upgraded a little. Other than that you get a comfortable room that you can adjust to your temperature liking, a smart tv custom with your name when you get to your room (all apps are also signed out of at checkout), and a friendly staff that is more than welcome to help you. My view from the 10th floor was also incredible, being able to...

"The staff are friendly and helpful having breakfast included. The room was warm however the room was old in appearance and needs upgrading, only one elevator working."

"It was close to the venue we attended. Early check in is not good, had to pay extra to arrive by 3pm so we could get ready for a wedding. Felt that was a little excessive."

"Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up."

"nary a problem"

"Nice and clean"

"We had a pleasant stay! The room was clean, well maintain and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, breakfast was good and pretty much. The overall experience was good. It was a relaxing stay.We would recommend this hotel to other travellers and would consider staying here again."

"Need to retrain staff and management. Unclean"

"Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!"

"When we arrived & requested an early check-in the front desk was attentive and offered an equivalent room that was available. Upon entering the room it was set to an extremely cold temperature making the carpeted flooring soaked within a foot or so radius of the unit. We had opened the blinds to find an unpleasant amount of both dead and alive flys which was also concerning. When we arrived back at the hotel around 11pm, we got back into our room and settled in. The peace was short lived as the...
