"First of all when we arrived, your check-in staff was unable to charge Expedia (who we already paid), and said it was our responsibility to call Expedia and work it out. I spent two hours on the phone at 11 PM at night to rectify the situation. This should not have been our responsibility.! secondly had we not purchased breakfast with our room we would not have paid $9.99 for the cold breakfast, which was basically just cereal! Nor would we have paid the higher price for your hot breakfast, which was not hot and very limited. Too overpriced.! Hilton is off our list for the future.😒"

"I mean, it’s a Hyatt Regency… It should be nice and it was. Great staff, good location, beautiful room, great bar and views. The elevator was slow, but that’s a first world problem and I adapted and is not a complaint. It is what it is.
