They are upgrading their rooms ours was not updated yet, downfall was the bathroom. Shower was in the bath and very small, mould in the shower curtain and grout all coming away. But that should all be fixed with updating. Felt a bit expensive for an outdated room. "

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
