"What a beautiful area in Croatia! Close to airport. Host was super nice. I would say there is room for improvement with the bathroom shower area. Mold and slow drain. Eww. That being said, the guy was super responsive and NICE! This part of the country was gorgeous- very glad we go to experience it!"

"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this,...

"Beautiful room, Staff was amazing even to American travelers and food was amazing. Such a good beach and so wonderfully located between old town and the port for ferry, excursions, and such Uber rides were on average €8-€10 each way on uber just amazing will be coming back could’ve spent all 11 days of vacation here my family was so sad to leave."

"We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. "During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

"This hotel is fabulous! Picturesque, quiet and the staff were so very helpful. It’s remote from old town Dubrovnik, but has pools, beach and wonderful restaurants. It’s a little pricey, but often you get what you pay for….I look forward to my next visit!"

"This is a fab hotel, the room was spotless and spacious had opted for partial sea view as it has more square footage but it looked like a great picture window sea view. all the staff were fantastic from housekeeping to bar staff. It’s a good location with the lift down to the beach. The outside bar area had the best vista. Would recommend it 100%"

"Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lapad. Close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly reccomend. The rooftop pool has great views and all sun loungers come with their own umbrella."
