I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give this property of zero or no stars I would. I rented this property specifically so we had somewhere to crash after the World Series. We live 30 minutes away from Tropicana Field. I asked for early check-in. They declined via AI chat on the hotel.com platform. that’s fine. I get it. Upon our arrival at 4 o’clock. We were literally prepared to drop our belongings for four days… And head to the stadium. Wrong. We walked in, every bed had been slept in and not made. There was trash and garbage everywhere. The amount of hair, I believe it was possibly a long-haired dog…, Was the most unreal thing I have ever seen in my life. And I have two dogs. I immediately reached out. That’s where the frustration got even worse. Message after message after message was never returned by a host or a human. It was AI on whatever rental property they have running it. I later found out it’s called Evolve. Had it not been the World Series and there was even a Motel 6 ..it was THAT bad…around we would have left. I DoorDash sheets before we left for the first game. And even until this point I have not been contacted by anyone at evolve or Hotels.com. I have dated pictures, videos… the listing claims to have a hot tub, Yep there is one there it is nonfunctioning. It claims to be a pet friendly residence. I would never in my life have any dog in that backyard or in that house. The only thing that remotely was OK about our stay was, the World Series.Go Br
