The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change.

It was great for the stay very expensive on it only being valet. But the staff was very helpful the give direction to cheaper options. Everything was great till we had to shower and the head fell off and was weak spray besides that everything was great and clean. Would come back again.

We were there to go to a Tampa Bay Rowdies game, so the hotel location was perfect for that. Was surprised by the $45 valet parking fee. No indication that self parking was available. Also was not able to obtain a luggage cart without the use of a bell hop, which means needing to tip, but the hotel is cashless, so couldn't get any smaller bills for a $20 bill. Once in our room the mini-fridge didn't work. No one at the front desk answers the phone. All room needs are communicated via text messages.

First off the valet per night is super high and unreasonable… then the elevators smell of urine the whole time we stayed there which only 2 worked the 3rd did not and made wait times very long sometimes. Our bathroom had a leaking toilet and the shower water barely got hot so don’t plan on many hot showers I guess.. no water or ice machine only the $10/$12 bottles at the front honestly it was just the area that was good and it was decently clean. Wouldn’t book again I’m not sure if that’s just the area of town or what but not the standard I’m used to for the price I’ve had to pay.

This was the worst Hilton stay I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location. We had to move rooms three times because they had not been cleaned. There was a stain on the bed sheets, hair in the shower, food stains in the refrigerator and mold in the shower as well. The manager for this location refused to speak with us for hours and was dismissive when we spoke to her. The staff did not use cleaning supplies at all when we saw them clean our room after having to ask for it to be cleaned. We had to sleep in the car the first time. I’ve never had this issue with Hilton, but I would not recommend the St. Petersburg Bayfront location.

The room was poorly maintained, old, outdated, broken furniture. “Partial” housekeeping was offered. I put sign on door requesting housekeeping, which never came. Hotel has 15 floors and only 2 elevators working. It took 20 minutes to get downstairs from the 14th floor. Front desk staff were very nice.
