"We had planned to drop off our bags at the hotel and go for a walk before 11am.
However, the weather wasn’t kind, so we waited in the lobby.
We didn’t expect to check in so early, but the hotel kindly offered us a room.
While we were waiting, they provided us with complimentary coffee and tea.
It was such a kind gesture and excellent service.
