Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. 21C Museum Hotel St Louis
Loved the look of the building and where it was located but the one thing I didn't like was there was no stairs. Everyone had to use the elevator.
