Ramada by Wyndham Laval
Section de l’hôtel neuve. Communication avec la réception pauvre. Nous avions 4 chambres et avons tous été chargés en double sur nos cartes de crédit. Nous avons demandé au directeur de nous appeler et ce qu’il n’a jamais fait. Là charge en trop a été crédité la veille de notre départ.
