Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Our stay in our room overlooking St Ives beach and harbour for the one night in early August was great. Whilst no aircon the breeze from the open windows allowed for the room to cool down and be very comfortable. Whilst check-in was not available until 3.00pm we did arrive early and was able to leave our bags behind reception and was given a car park to leave the car, best £6 I’d spent, and a huge huge plus in busy St Ives. "Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...
