"The owner and staff were over the top friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous. Atmosphere was wonderful. i would give this 6 stars if possible.

"Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station. "
"Amazing stay! The spa area was relaxing and beautifully maintained. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. Breakfast was delicious and served with a breathtaking view—perfect way to start the day!

"The staff was amazing. We arrived late due to a flat tire. We did not have time to get food and their restaurant just closed. We asked if we could sit in the dinning room and east snacks we had from hiking. The server who was trying to go home served us a round of wine and was able to get us some soup and a meat board.
Amazing service and we could not have been more grateful.

" The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
"Enjoyed our stay. Lovely, large room and balcony. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. We had a car with us but found we hardly needed it as there is a bus stop and train station very close and the public transport takes you easily to most popular locations. Downside perhaps was that the hotel is on a moderately busy road so some traffic noise."
