On arrival the staff were courteous and had great energy for it being 5-6 pm. The room was great wasn't expecting to have a balcony so it was a great surprise. The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel
Muy bien ubicada, para los centros turísticos, lo único que no me gustó fue la cama, que estaba muy dura, igual que las almohadas. Todo lo demás muy bien, incluso el restaurante que tiene dentro está espectacular, excelente servicio y muy buena comida.
