"I was not allowed check in, my reservation was mistakenly booked for the day before and checked out the day after, due to a booking error. Instead of checking in on the day after, so that I would be well rested for my Grandson game. This is a first time booking a reservation with Hotel.com so it was a terrible experience for me. I hope to make this right in the near future."

"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability."
