"The on site staff were excellent, with several employees showing great commitment to making our stay as good as it could be.
Unfortunately, the standard of maintenance disappointed and ws exposed by the hot oppressive atmosphere in the building and in our room in particular. The cooling system was totally dysfunctional and our room was permanently very hot and stuffy, dangerously so in my opinion. On request, staff provided us with an air circulating fan, but this was the best they could do as the built-in system simply did not work. Food and beverages services were good and the whole hotel appeared clean and tidy, difficult when there is rapid turnover of guests.
Organisational investment is urgently needed to improve matters further, but congratulations and thanks to the staff, including the on-site management and reception."
