"Room was exactly what was expected for the price (ie great price). Not much water pressure in shower. There was no ‘no smoking’ sign on our door despite being told it was a non smoking room- the room smelled of smoke., There was a woman asleep on the couch chair in the covered alcove with a lit cigarette most of the time we went out of room, leaving ash all over herself, couch and floor that was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. No ice machine. Friendly and helpful staff."

"When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected...

Comme je n'ai pas eu la possibilité de lire l'avis d'annulation, je suis arrivée au Motel à 23 h pour me faire dire que je n'avais pas de chambre! Très très décevant!"

"My family had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant on Friday night. We came back for dinner on Saturday night and the service was deplorable at best. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and had still not received our drinks, let alone our food. Lots of staff working but completely unorganized. We had very high expectations as dinner on Friday night was wonderful."
