"The location is really a beautiful spot, right across from the beach. There is breakfast in the morning on the water and you can see the sunset from the balcony. My particular room on the 3rd floor was quite large and included a huge L-shaped sofa, table, and refrigerator. The balcony was spacious and a relaxing place to watch the sunset.
Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room (307) did not work at all. I was busy most of the trip there so I didn't have a lot of time to track anyone down...
"This is advertised as a 4 star, however I’d say this is more of a 2 star; the condition of the hotel is not as in the photos. The hotel is rundown, pool areas are neglected, the beach beds are in terrible condition, reception staff were rude, nothing was open. The location is good but the hotel is bad. I would not stay in this hotel again unless they halved the price to reflect its true conditions. "
