"I really want to give this place a great rating, but unfortunately I can't. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. However, the room was so small. There was no air conditioning. One of our beds leaned to the right. They did not have ice, although they have an ice machine, and the breakfast was not very good. We also had bugs in our bathroom. The wifi was spotty, and the hotel was really not within walking distance to the main tourist attractions as we thought. Sorry Hotel Roubaix, but thank you for the welcome."

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"Location not great. Small rooms, with no dressers. Shower/tub extremely hard to get in and out of, almost dangerous if you are older, or any disabilities. We did have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. "

"This Select Hotel was in a perfect location - near Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame, the Pantheon. The Musee D'Orsay was a nice walk away as were several other museums on the Left Bank. The hotel was spotless and the staff could not be more helpful. I actually hated to leave. The daily breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. In addition to the bacon and eggs, meatless options were plentiful: fruit, yogurt, wonderful pastries and great coffee. Place de la Sorbonne has a row of restaurants right outside the hotel's doors. The tree-lined street offers indoor and outdoor options and the setting is ideal. With clean, comfy rooms and a friendly, accommodating staff, this hotel has to be on every Paris visitor's list."
