"Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, lovely roof top pool area with bar, that does snacks, ask at reception for towel to use at pool. Great location main bus depo 8mins walk. Bus from Arrecife airport 10mins to depo. and €1.40. Stayed half board, very happy with choice for food, food was good. LargeTV with access to netflix. Gym on roof top as well, didnt use. Open mall 25mins walk away."

"Lovely place, just be aware there are a lot of stairs, if you have knees problems or any challenge with stairs, this can become a problem."

"Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me."

"The Hotel was really lovely. The food is great with plenty of choice available. It is ideally situated with lovely coast walk. The staff are very helpful & friendly. A perfect hotel for a solo traveller with a great selection of activities to pass the day I would definately return for my next holiday "

"Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. "

Hostal San Gines gets an A+++ for diligent Heath&Safety standards, fire escapes and smoke detection well maintained, rooms in spotless Hygiene condition. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not order it. However it sounds delicious. You will enjoy chatting with the owners. They have an inspiring story to tell. I highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise. "
