"I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Soleil Danang and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly had a five-star experience. I spent a couple of nights here and left with only positive impressions. If I visit Da Nang again in the future, I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again."

"-Good reception staff especially Nancy who communicated mostly through WhatsApp by arranging our trips to Bana Hills and Hoi An and the price was very comparable to the outside grab and it’s more convenient to have the trips and car arranged for you. The other staff at reception was also very friendly and helpful by answering any questions and providing information such as where to go shopping and eating. The breakfast buffet could be improved as the quality was not consistent. We stayed at the hotel for five nights and in some days the buffet was run out of fruits, meat especially the meat is essential for certain dishes. For example, there is no meat (chả lụa) for á dish called bánh hỏi at about 8:30 in the morning although the buffet is not closed until 9:30. But there was a waitress there by the name of Thanh Ngan who was very friendly and came to our table to ask how were everything and asked for feedback and stuffs. However, the room service was kinda horrible as there were hair and stains in both twin beds and we had to talk to reception to have the bedsheets changed in the middle of the night after 12 a.m. in the morning. We gave a big tip to the guy/night shift housekeeper who probably had to wake up to change the bed sheets for us. The next couple of days in the middle of my shower there was no shower gel and I had to tell reception to have someone to replenish the shower gel, then the shower room was clogged and we had to let the reception know again. . Overall ok."

"Booked a last minute holiday to Da Nang with my husband and took some time browsing the hotels. I knew I wanted something luxurious for a great price and I also really wanted a suite for comfort and space. I stumbled across the Raddison Red and immediately was intrigued by the aesthetic of the hotel and they had a suite available. To me, price was reasonable and still very cheap for the level of service and quality of the hotel. I surprised my husband with this hotel upon arrival and he was in love. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself was well maintained including common areas such as the pool and gym, buffet breakfast every morning was amazing - great selection, beach view was serene and our room was cleaned twice a day with toiletries and towels all replenished! The location was also not bad for us as shops and markets were all within a 10 min drive. My only feedback would be that the aircon was not very strong even though we would put it on the lowest temp and strongest fan - we were there in the middle of a heat wave so I can imagine the entire building aircon working overtime. We just left the aircon on for the entirety of our stay and it sufficed to cool us down enough. The mini bar fridge was also not cold enough and the food and drinks we tried to store was not kept cold/went back quickly. Other than that, these were minor inconveniences but thank you Raddison Red for your exceptional service and hospitality over the 5 nights."
