"The hotel was ideal for the show at the NEC, less than 10 minutes away. The breakfast was very good, attentive staff and unlimited tea and coffee, cooked breakfast and cold options. "- customer service lacking - no luggage trolley - no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in - Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet - key card not working - rooms a bit of a maze - townhouse room - could hear the neighbours - parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"
