"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. However the property is overpriced for what is offered. There is no parking so you forced to pay for valet per night. Also no breakfast offered only restaurants at the property. For the price you something should be included for the guests"

"Came here for a conference, it was very close to Sofi Stadium (via Uber) so it was convenient. The room was clean and bed was good. The room/bathroom does need some minor updates. There is no room service but the restaurant in the lobby, Daily Grill, was very good! You get what you pay for. You could order via the phone and pick up your order. Overall great experience. "

"Staff where terrible ! A member of staff lost a key they refused to give her one and she has to sleep in reception, we called, we messaged, we gave them every detail and they still refused ! Unsafe if you are a female and travelling here DO NOT do it. Receptionist women Jean was vile and very unhelpful. Then was placed on hold. Its not safe for female visitors. "

"The price is good, but the spartan room and and minimal atmosphere might be off-putting. I couldn't identify the hotel from outside, found an alley behind the gas station and parked in a lot behind where I thought it was. The only "H3" i saw was a sheet of paper taped inside the clerks bullet-proof glass booth. The receptionist seemed nice. There was no decoration in the room, no picture or carpet, just white walls and brown linoleum floor. All furnishings were extremely outdated and uncomfortable. mostly made of particle board with brown laminate veneer. Air conditioning was old but worked well. This is not a relaxing place, feels like being teleported back to the 1940's, but the price is good and it was clean."
