"Got to the hotel and it was closed. Who closes a hotel and doesn’t notify the people that booked there?"

"It was super easy to get to and the perfect place to stay at if you want to go to downtown reykjavik"

"Nettes Personal, Zimmer in guter Größe . Badezimmer hätte gerne was sauberer sein können ..nicht dreckig, aber etwas sorgfältiger putzen wäre nicht schlecht. Frühstück hervorragend . Sehr schöner Raum und das Klima Vikinger gut aufgegriffen"

"Close drive to everything"

"The place is great, cozy and clean except for the refrigerator in our room is so hard to open."

"While we thought the hotel was convenient for an early flight out, the hotel lacks completely the friendliness of other places in Iceland. It might be as well located in any suburban business park in Europe. Rooms were clean, but there was a strange chemical smell that bothered us. We changed the first room due to the smell, but stayed in the second room because the smell was there as well. I was told be the not very friendly front desk lady, who checked the room with me, that she doesn’t smell...

"It’s a good place to stay"

"Staff was very helpful. Front desk especially so. Ordering cabs - restaurant suggestions and just general information. Parking was a challenge with only 8 spots available but once you navigate the Parka App, wasn't that big of a hassle. Beds were move of a queen size than a double so that was nice. And the USB ports were a nice touch."
