"Wonderful stay on our one night visit to Rothenburg. The staff was great and very helpful. The location is prime right near many of the main sites. There's a great pizza place right across the street that has great food and great drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is very good as well. We had a dessert there that was incredible. On the night we were there there was a piano player that was very good and it was a nice touch to have. Highly recommend staying here if you visit"

"Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.) I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very nice but the communication of the front reception leaves you feeling like you’re on your own because they never answer the phone, are often missing and never look at their inbox. There were several times we tried to call them because we had booked two nights and could not reach the city due to circumstances not in control as we got stranded in another town, they would not refund us, which is okay as we didn’t buy the cancellation but Expedia tried to contact them so many times and they could not get a hold of anyone at the reception or via email. If you stay here, ask all your questions if you happen to find someone at the desk in the first place, we had to wait 30 minutes because no one was available to check us in. "
