"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. "

"I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character.
