"Brand new, nice hotel with a few kinks to work out. It begins on the 4th floor or the orthopedic hospital. Too us a while to figure out how to get to it. A very nice nurse escorted us to the front desk through the hospital. There is no where to pull up to check in- you have to go in and then they ask you out a sticker in your windshield so security knows you are staying there. Kind of inconvenient to get there and have to walk back out to put in car, especially when we parked in a spot specifically for hotel visitors. Otherwise, bar lounge and front desk were very kind and the room spacious. Thermostat has no fan. I kind of like the sound of the fan on and we got a bit hot. Pillows were like sacks of sand so not a fan. Overall very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Perfect if you have family in the hospital there as it’s next to the Sanford Castle ! "

"The room was dated, and the mattress seemed extremely old and needed to be updated. There were stains on our sheets and on our comforter. We did not ask to have these changed, but I’m sure they probably would have. Front desk was friendly and check-in was easy."

"Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean. Stayed here this year and last year for the Summit League tournament and would definitely stay again. Just 2 minutes from the Denny Sanford Premier Center!"

"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Did not use laundry, pool, or hot tub. The fitness room was being renovated. I wish I would have known that earlier. I made this reservation quite early and I think I should have been told that the fitness room was not available Breakfast items were often cold, even if I was in The breakfast area very early. The eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, need to be kept much warmer. I think you should have in room coffee"
