"Excellent stay here. They were so helpful despite not having a lift to carry our suitcases for us. The room was very beautiful and spacious; old world style and they had chocolates at checkin and cookies at check out!"

"Very disappointing experience with Hotel Aragon. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we had to move to their sister hotel.
Yousef at the front desk told us that our rooms would be upgraded because of the inconvenience. However, when we arrived at the second hotel, only one of the rooms was upgraded. The check-in process there also took a very long time.
When we called Yousef about the issue, the first time he said he was busy and...

"Beautiful hotel in great location just off the main square. We had a superior room which was spacious and well appointed. Staff extremely helpful and attentive, room and facilities spotless. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are so many cafes nearby. Good value considering the standard of the hotel."

"My wife & I spent a week at the Biskajer while in Bruges for a wedding. The hotel was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the City Hall where the formal wedding ceremony was held.
The room we were initially assigned, while very nice, did not have a walk-in shower. We are both elderly with histories of leg surgeries so getting in and out of the high tub was challenging. When informed of this issue, the staff promptly moved us to a room with a walk-in shower.
The daily breakfast was excellent...

"We loved our stay at Aragon house. With a family of 5 adults, their three room suite worked out well, with everyone having a comfortable bed to sleep in. The rooms were very clean and updated, bathrooms very nice, and the hotel staff was very helpful in storing our luggage before check-in was available. Location was ideal as well…just a short 5 minute walk to the town center. Overall a great place to stay in Brugge!"
