"Room was great and clean. The downside was parking. If you like your vehicle next to your room, ask for a room away from the next door bar. We stayed 3 nights and each night could not park anywhere near our room because of the people visiting the bar. We ended up moving our vehicle outside our door around 10-11 pm every night when they left the bar. Other than that, staff was great, breakfast was good and the room was great for the price. Would stay again if in the area and it's pretty close to most attractions in the town. "

"We originally booked the water park but pivoted last minute when it was closed. Thank goodness we did! We loved this hotel! The staff was lovely and helpful, the pool was the perfect size to burn off energy, the rooms were spacious and clean, Caroline’s was delicious for breakfast, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were meeting grandparents and other family who also loved the hotel. Great charm and history. The bar and ambiance was an added bonus. "

"Very Friendly place, rooms are kept in very good shape, Paul and his staff are great hosts. breakfast both days we were there was most excellent. We celebrated our anniversary there for the weekend and we were surprised with a happy anniversary cake when we returned to our room Saturday evening. We are returning customers of the property as we were married on the property in 2008 and try to celebrate our anniversary at the Mansion. it is a 10 out of 10 place to stay."
