"Great hotel for families, their pool is different from other Korean Hotels where adults mostly swim laps. They actually have a kid friendly dedicated pool. Mall located below hotel with different places to eat. few kids places to visit play and spend time. Also a 24/7 convenience store which when closed, you need a korean check card (debit card) to access the store scan items yourself and pay."

"One of the reception staff wasn't friendly at all when I checked out. The elavators were horribly crowded and took ages. Breakfast was just like hostel. Unable to sleep well at night due to noises disturbed from other guests rooms. The room couldn't keep quiet and you could obviously hear when people shut the door, talked and walked. No cleaning service if you didn't tell the front desk. Horrible stay and not even worth the money."
"Perfect stay for my business trip in Seoul near EL Tower conference center. Clean and silent room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, fitness room for active relaxing. Climate control also worked perfect during these hot days. Very friendly staff. Next time again. "
"This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip.
As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves.
We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels....
But most of service was good. "
"It was clean and the staff are professional and very friendly and helpful. COEX mall is within walking distance, along with other places. Loved this place! I even got some welcome goodies from them, along with some water and snacks!!!"
