Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een suite wat al superfijn was. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn genoeg handdoeken en er liggen veel complimentaire producten klaar. Het personeel is hulpvol, wij kunnen geen verbeterpunt vinden.

Modern hotel in excellent location, quiet but within 100m of shopping and restaurants. We only had one night so decided to dine at the level 6 restaurant within the hotel. Excellent food and service overlooking one of the pools. While walking through the hotel there is many pieces of artwork to admire of high quality. We will certainly be staying here again in the near future.

Unser Aufenthalt war ganz toll! Wir hatten eine Familiensuite, die sehr geräumig war. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter äußerst hilfsbereit. Jederzeit würde ich hier wieder buchen.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable with modern features such as motorized shades. It was a short walk to the subway (which was great as I have mobility issues). There are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. We definitely rcommend this hotel for your stay.

No room service, very limited food choices, nobody knew if they had breakfast or not, times that a tiny pastry booth operated, the staff here is a mess. The one Chinese restaurant was closed for private party.

A Nice Stay
We had a nice stay here. The room was pretty good, except that there was rather little closet space available. The swimming pool was nice. The location was pretty good with Little India's restaurants nearby and a subway station underneath the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this property; however, there was a minor inconvenience as they didn't wash the coffee cups and cutlery after use, and washing facilities were not readily available. Additionally, one of the spa units lacked warm water and remained broken during our entire stay. Despite these issues, the overall service was good, and the location was convenient.

Check in was really good and quick. The benefit of the Skyline Room restaurant was fabulous and all the staff in the Skyline restaurant were superb at looking after you, remembering names and drink preferences etc. The Olympic size pool was great for a morning swim.

A Great Location for Exploring Singapore
One Farrer is a beautiful hotel in Singapore. The beds are pleasantly firm and very comfortable, and the bedding is of high quality. Rooms are very nice and quiet with many modern conveniences. We were in a handicapped room which was a bit larger, especially the shower area. Many Indian restaurants and many shopping venues to choose from in the area around the hotel. A very beautiful and well maintained pool and hot tub area are located on the sixth floor, along with an outside bar and restaurant area. A metro stop is right beside the hotel and the metro line is excellent, ultra modern, clean and very safe. We appreciated the great fridge in our room for keeping beverages very cold. The only complaint was that there were no USB ports in our room. There had been one once but it was no longer working. Great staff who were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel located close to Little India. It is convenient to many restaurants and shops. The room we got was a two stories villa with a small kitchen. Even though we booked the a room with two twin beds, they are put together like a king bed since the room is so small. One other thing I dislike is the carpet in the room. It is dark and makes the room feel less clean.

Style over substance
Service at the front desk was amazing, and I was upgraded to a suite which was really kind of them. But... I couldn't get the WiFi to work at any point during my stay, when I went to the pool there were no towels available, and the key cards struggled to operate the lifts (for me and other guests I observed during my stay). So teething problems for a new building. But my big issue was one of safety. I gave a credit card on check-in so that I could make charges to my room. After signing for drinks at the pool bar, I was getting ready for bed late one night and the phone rang, for a reason they were unable to explain they couldn't use my signature to settle the bill, and a member of staff was waiting outside my door with a card reader so I could pay the bill. Why was this not done at checkout? Why even take my card info if it can't be used? Most importantly, WHY send a male member of staff to the room of a solo woman, late at night, when she has told you she is in her nightclothes? The staffer himself was lovely, but the situation made me feel unsafe.

Lovely property, nice faculty & team
Pleasant stay. Better than expected. Like many hotels in SG, the hotel was quite full. However, the team did not make it appear so - from the friendly & efficient checkin (mr param), at tea and at breakfast (mr mike) and through to checkout (mr param) again. Service level was consistently high. The only wierd thing was forcing all hotel guests to wear wrist tags, at the poolside restaurant for late afternoon drinks. (there was a private event taking place simultaneously - apart from being loud, with strangely dressed people walking about, the actual hotel guests were made to wear coloured wrist tags. Shouldn’t the event organisers/participants be the ones with tags, since they were clearly not guests at the hotel?). Yes, the event and associated ‘requirements’ spoilt the overall peacefulness of the place.

Surprisingly quiet for such a busy time in Singapore (F1 GP race). Really spacious and lovely room (Mint Den). Really great option if you want to stay somewhere a little away from the main tourist areas but still really easy to get to them via the MRT right underneath the hotel. Only negative was there was no room service and the on-site restaurant had a very limited menu if you wanted to dine in. Hidden gem was the massive pool on level 6. I went every day and there was never too many people there.
